2010年2月雅思口语“人”话题考题及答案
A visitor to you home 1) When you travel to another city, do you prefer to stay in a hotel or with friends? (Why?) Well, it depends. If I am travelling in another city alone where there is a friend of mine, I would choose to stay in his or her place so that I don’t feel lonely, and I can save money as well. But if I am travelling with my friends, I prefer to live outside, because it’s fun and convenient. 2) In China, when people visit other people in their homes, do they usually bring a gift? Yes, but it varies in different cases. The most common gift may be fruit. It’s practical. You know, eating is very much emphasized in the Chinese culture. And it’s safe. Almost all people like fruit, and they can share it together over the talk. Next time when you visit a Chinese friend, try bringing some fruit with you. It will make a big difference. 3) Are people in your country very hospitable to guests? Well, you get a big yes! Chinese people are famous for their hospitality to guests, and sometimes too hospitable that foreigners may find it difficult to be used to. In China, “help yourself” is not their way of treating a guest. The guest is expected to do as little as possible and leave more work to the host. 4) What kinds of things do foreigners need to pay attention to when they travel in your country? Well, certainly there are a lot to suggest. The first thing is, don’t drink the tap water. And, of course, drive on the right side, because in some countries like the UK people drive on the left. And there is the problem of safety. One cannot be too careful when he is travelling in a foreign country. 5) If you were visiting another country, what do you think would be the biggest problem(s) you would have? I would say the language. I think a lot of problems can be solved if you can communicate, and a lot of easy things can be problems if you can’t. If you don’t know the language of the country, how can you get information effectively? How can you ask for help? Without knowing the language, you can’t even find a hotel or a bus. 相关资料 |
